Better breeding environment with pad cooling systems
Our chickens are sourced from fully enclosed poultry farms to prevent human and other contamination. We use precision computing to ensure good cool airflow and effective waste removal. The digital management system ensures optimal activity and breeding temperature for the livestock.
Our chickens are fed with quality animal feed, providing them with proper nutrients without the need for antibiotics and growth hormones.
Bird’s Nest authentication with world-class equipment
To ensure that you are provided with 100% genuine bird’s nest, we use world-class equipment such as Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) to analyse bird’s nest to determine the consistency of the DNA curve with pure bird’s nest.

Rigorous inspection to deliver flawless quality
Essence of chicken is extracted in a 10-hour long steam cooking process under high heat and pressure. Each step of the process is carefully monitored and controlled by computers to maintain the optimal temperature and pressure. The product goes through as many as 500 quality control and inspection steps to ensure maximum quality, while any residual fat content is completely removed using advanced technology so that only the nutritious essence remains.
Putting food safety at the forefront
with stringent quality controls
All our products must pass the inspection for heavy metals, over 300 types of pesticide residues, various bacteria including E. coli, staphylococcus and salmonella, as well as six types of plasticizers. No preservatives are added and rigorous quality control procedures are in place at each and every step.

The BRAND'S® Research Centre brings experts from around the world to develop effective health solutions, leveraging international resources to discover the mechanisms behind the health promoting benefits of our products. To date, more than 40 publications on Essence of Chicken research have been published in internationally acclaimed scientific journals, while clinical research has been performed on the efficacy of products such as Sesamin with Schisandra Extract, UC-II ® (Undenatured Type II Collagen), astaxanthin and glucosamine.
Among others, BRAND'S® Essence of Chicken, and Sesamin with Schisandra Extract have received functional foods certification in Taiwan, a recognition of the fruits of our scientific research.

BRAND’S® Research Centre was established in 2010. In line with our investment and commitment to Research and Development, it serves to investigate the brain as the origin of total body health, as well as proving our product efficacies through scientific research.
