\n 1.By placing an order via the Site with the selection of the Brand’s\n Subscribe & Save (“S&S”) option, you are deemed to have subscribed\n to the S&S scheme (“S&S Contract”) and accept the receipt of our\n reminders/notifications in accordance with your instructions in such\n S&S order.\n

\n 2.There is no minimum spend required for each S&S order to be entitled\n to S&S benefits and discounts.\n
